Trozion

Trozion is a 15 yr old grime and hip hop artist he has only been spitting for a year and a half since the age of 14 and has already managed to get himself on certain showcases with other bigger named artists such as Ghetto ,Marvell, Tribal man, KIG and many more.

Also in this time Trozion has done events at Stratford Circus, Rich mix, Artszone, Oceans and Notting hill carnival 2009 to name a few.

Trozions sound is a mix of hard grimey sounds with a rock, pop and reggae egde which could cross him over to the more commercial market with excellent bar structure and wordplay he is far more advanced than most 15 yr olds his age.

Trozion is very comfortable experimenting with all genres of music and would not just like to be contained in one genre he likes to think outside the box.

Whilst juggling exams and studiotime Trozions main focus this year is to develop as an artist and complete his mixtape which features Producers such as Dot rotten, Skeamz and lewi white by January to be marketed for late March.

Lloyd's New Single Feat Lil Wayne - Pusha

The 23-year-old Lloyd recently parted ways with Irv Gotti and The Inc, and says he’s looking forward to “life after Murder Inc”. He has already released a new single, “Pusha” feat Lil Wayne, produced by The Runners, and is finalizing plans for his yet untitled fourth album. “We have plans to get in the studio with Jim Jonsin, The Runners, Cool & Dre, Rodney Jerkins and others,” he says. Lloyd added that he is eager to break new ground and explore opportunities that will allow him to take his career to the next level and offer a vehicle for him to supply his fans with more great music. To that end, he has spent most of 2009 traveling abroad, staging performances and appearances in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

In addition to being a successful artist, Lloyd has also launched his own label, Young Goldie Music and prides himself on his community involvement, participating in campaigns to give back to his birth city of New Orleans by taking part in rapper David Banner’s Heal the Hood Concert benefiting displaced Katrina victims. He donated 50 concert tickets to children from fellow heartthrob Usher’s New Look Foundation, which helps create avenues for young people to enter the business side of sports and entertainment.  He also travels to speak to kids across the country with producer and musical mentor Dallas Austin in support of the fellow Atlantan’s new project that seeks to build recording studios in public schools.

With a successful recording career, business savvyness and a connection to the community, Lloyd is one young person on which youth has clearly not been wasted.

JAY-Z’S NEPHEW RAMEL “MEL” CARTER ALBUM, "CERTIFIED" READY FOR DOWNLOAD

JAY-Z's nephew Ramel “Mel” Carter plans on continuing the Carter legacy of fine music and undeniable entrepreneurship as he launches his first free downloadable album “CERTIFIED with features from Compound University SAM HOOK and Mel's cousin/labelmate (Ty Ty's nephew) FLY RAH
On Tuesday, September 15, 2009, Mel released his first single "The Message," a response to Jay-Z song "Sweet" off the American Gangster album via various blog sites such as GlobalGrind.com, Bossip.com, ConcreteLoop.com. With much positive response from these blog site audience, no wonder why Jay-Z could not do interviews in the past without inquiry on his nephew Mel.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY before settling down in West Orange, NJ-- Mel chose the path to become a rapper. Mel recalls listening to his uncle Jay and absorbing Jay's every movement, lyrics and bar. By 1997, after watching his uncle Jay-Z “Ain’t No N**” video, Mel began to focus on turning his poetry into music. He never spoke much about his passion for writing until he turned 16 and told his cousins Spank and Fly Rah about one day stepping into the studio. Little did he know, they were on the same trek and decided to form their label, Natural Born Hustlaz Entertainment.
Despite the fact that Jay-Z does not recommend rapping to his nephews, Mel believes this is his path in life. During his November 2007 AllHipHop.com interview, Mel stated “he [Jay-Z] doesn’t suggest it at me. At the end of the day, it is my decision. I’m a man now. I figured that he didn’t want me to go through all the bullsh*t. I feel like he was protecting me.” In the April 2008 issues of Right On! and XXL magazines, Mel discussed his future goals for the rap game and how he will deal with the scrutiny of being Jay-Z’s nephew. And during his interview on September 13, 2009- Mel relived his fondest childhood memory growing up with Jay-Z during Lisa Evers “Street Soldiers.”

He says that his love for music was always there, but he never saw it as something he wanted to take serious. Then at the beginning of 2002 he started to go to his friend’s house and they used to get 2 tape recorders 1 to play instrumentals and the other to record them they used to do this once in a while and freestyle.
